In 1987, Chris opened Yates Pool Services specializing in the renovation and refurbishing of Public and Municipal swimming pools. Clients included City of Atlanta, Fulton County, and various government entities throughout the state. 

After several years serving the Commercial Pool industry, Chris founded Dependable Pools in 1995. Dependable Pools specializes in custom residential swimming pool design and swimming pool installation. Dependable Pools designs and swimming pool installations are innovative, energy efficient, and have an array of custom features such as waterfalls, fountains, tanning ledges, and spas.
